We’re a gym company based in Essex. We now have 6 sites in Romford, Brentwood, Lakeside, Chelmsford, Braintree & Bishops Stortford. It has taken 8 years to come this far and why are we so successful? We also offer an extensive list of classes at our Lakeside and Brentwood sites. These are run out of our state-of-the-art studios by some of the best instructors in the industry.
