My company currently consists myself a FCMA qualified 1990 I marketing my skills to Small/Medium sized owner managed businesses that need accounting support at board level. The companies want to avoid the expense and responsibility of employing a full-time FD. They will agreed a service contract with me that is project based for example producing the Company Business Plan or part-time based on a number of hours per month.
