I’m Steven Schneider, President at Abacus Lending LLC. With over 42 years in the mortgage services industry and as Past President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, I have extensive knowledge and experience working with homeowners. I work with and have access to multiple lenders to find the best deal for my clients and their individual needs. More importantly, what I enjoy the most about what I do is working with my clients as an advisor beyond just being their broker and loan originator. I believe it’s my job to look out for my clients on their path to their mortgage needs and be a resource for them as they close on their loans, including steering them through the approval process. I put care and time into each deal. However, my commitment to my clients is not just about closing a loan, it’s also about building long-term relationships as I guide them with their mortgage needs throughout the different phases of their lives.
