ABAzyne Bioscience is an innovative company that has developed a portfolio of novel plant growth regulators that enable plants to adapt to environmental stresses. We are seeking early stage or Angel investors who are passionate about providing farmers and producers with tools to improve crop yields and combat the growing challenges from climate extremes. Our newest generation Abscisic Acid (ABA) analogs have been tested for over six years of lab and field studies. Applications include mitigating spring frost damage in wine grapes and other fruits, improving drought tolerance and transplant survival in vegetables and ornamentals, controlling germination and timing of flowering for hybrid seed production and for fall seeding of spring crops, breaking dormancy and improving germination rate of seeds at low temperatures. ABAzyne has rights to recent patent applications for novel analogs and methods for economical and scalable synthesis of active ingredients. ABAzyne also sells its analogs of ABA and other chemicals/standards for research purposes.
