ABC Speech Therapy Solutions have been providing speech and swallowing therapy services for nearly 5 years in Catawba, Caldwell, Mcdowell and Burke counties of western NC. We employ 5 Speech and Language pathologists and 2 Speech and Language pathologist assistants with a combined 80 years of experience. We provide our services to children birth - 21 and are committed to helping children with communication and swallowing disorders receive life enhancing services to help with communicate and swallow effectively. Our services are directly geared towards, but not limited to, the following individuals: Those who need early intervention services, who want a head start prior to starting school, or those who may not qualify for services in the local school school district(i.e. individuals with mild, moderate, or severe disorders). Those who are currently being served in the local school district and require additional services to be successful (i.e. more severe disorders) Those who require more specialized services that are ma or may not be offered in other therapy settings (i.e. oral motor/swallowing, fluency, augmentative communication) Those whose require a different service pattern than what is typically offered in other therapy settings.(i.e. individual therapy vs. group therapy, daily vs. weekly therapy, or weekly vs. monthly therapy, ect.) Those whose parents would like to be more involved in treatment.(i.e. parents are able to participate in each therapy session and will be able to provide continued support outside of the therapy setting for greater success and faster progress) Those whose parents would like their child to receive services outside school setting so that they do not have to be pulled put of their general education classroom to receive therapy.
