ABCpure is a South London based bespoke triathlon coaching service suitable for athletes of any age, at any level and competing over any distance. Your coaches Ben Webeck & Cat Benger pride themselves on writing customised programmes for their athletes with the individuals circumstances, requirements and goals at the heart of what they do. Services include: Bespoke weekly training programmes (£150 per month) Personal coached 1:1 sessions within a reasonable radius of London, 60 mins (£50 per single session, 3 x sessions £130), video analysis optional extra 90 mins (£75) Coached camps in Spain (7 day £625) Training programmes: Athletes receive their programme on a weekly basis via e-mail or training peaks which contains a detailed description of each session (swim, bike, run). The programmes are sufficiently detailed to ensure the athlete can conduct all the sessions on their own, however, the coaches are only an e-mail, text or call away to support. The monthly fee also includes: Initial set up and completion of an athlete questionnaire Introduction consultation to get to know you a little better and to discuss your questionnaire Unlimited contact by phone, Skype, email or text Regular feedback, monitoring and on-going support Discounts / offers on products and services from our supporters 1:1 personal coached sessions: Available so we can be there to watch our athletes every move. Each session is totally bespoke to suit the athletes requirement(s), including: Technique assessments Assistance with specific sessions Buddy for longer sessions Race day preparation / guidance To ensure the athlete can give their 100% attention to the session follow up notes are sent. Ben & Cat have been training and racing since 2005. The pair are competitive age-group athletes with a wealth of experience under their belts. They have raced across all the triathlon distances and around the world including the 2012 Ironman World Championships (Kona).
