Abda means ‘servant’. At Abda, we approach every customer with a servant’s attitude. We have been in business since November 1998 and started in the window covering business by cleaning blinds. This gave us a different perspective from most window covering dealers. We have always looked at how well products hold up over time. Instead of just selling on price, we let the customer know the value of a premium product and give honest feedback. We feel it is important to give the customer the pros and cons of each product and let them decide what product best fits their needs. We’re also here to serve our customers as a factory trained repair center. We have trained team members that are able to take care of most warranty issues without sending them back to the manufacturer; this is another way that we’re able to assist the customer better than the competition.
