Abel Salas

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my leadership and contribution to the development of Latin American companies, being awarded the Éxito Awards in 2014 by The Latin Business Organization. My academic background includes a PhD in Education and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance. Additionally, I have a postgraduate degree in Business Leadership and a Master's degree in Executive and Sports Coaching. My specialization is centered around managerial leadership, human behavior, and high-performance team management. In addition to my experience in the business world, I have also ventured into the development of high-level sports teams. I have worked with national football teams from countries such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, and Panama, as well as the Olympic swimming team of the United States. In the field of writing, I have published 25 books related to business management, where I address topics such as leadership, cooperative management, and the development of high-performance teams. I also hold certifications in mental development processes and high-performance teams, including the certified Master of the Pacific Institute, USA, as well as certifications as an Ontological Coach, Life Coach, and Customer Service Leader (CCSL) and Customer Service Trainer (CCST). In summary, my extensive experience in senior management roles, consulting, teaching, and executive coaching has allowed me to acquire a comprehensive and deep understanding of managerial leadership and the development of high-performance teams. My passion for growth and excellence drives me to continue sharing my knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the organizations and individuals I work with.
