Abhaya Wellness is a clinically owned and operated psychotherapy office that believes in supporting and creating systems of care for individuals, groups, families, and couples on their path of wellness. Our organization strives to create a mindfulness inspired clinically driven experience that fosters high levels of continuity of care, a strong sense of accountability, and a fearless approach to clinical work. Additionally, because our therapists have a deep understanding of our client’s needs and treatment progress, we can be more effective in tailoring the treatment process to meet your needs and achieving your goals. We offer individual and group psychotherapy, family and couples therapy, substance use recovery services, gender-responsive intensive outpatient program, and wellness and recovery coaching.
