Ability First Ottawa (AFO) is a charitable organization that supports Ottawa individuals (and their families) with learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorders, and other disabilities - who are functioning at a mid-high level. We provide support in two key areas: 1) weekly outings 2) housing referrals and support 3) parent support. We do support persons with and without disabilities.
