I understand this and want you to know it is healthy to reach out for help. I have faith in the counseling process and the small steps that can lead you to lasting reward and renewed hope. Individuals can benefit from therapy for many life situations. Together we will develop a plan to move forward whether the struggle is grief, anxiety or stress, a traumatic event, depression, life transitions or another concern. I hold membership in the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors to bring you the most current knowledge. I encourage incorporating spirituality in session when appropriate. It has been a pleasure to work with teens, individuals, and families over 25 years. I have utilized techniques to aid in parenting and social skills, anger management, coping and relaxation strategies. My bachelor's degree in Family Science and master's degree in Counseling has given me a solid foundation to work with individuals, couples, and families.
