I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, wanting to explore the world of estate agency and develop my existing administrative and communication skills. As a young professional who is eager to venture into real estate, I believe that being exposed to this new environment will help me understand the key functions of the industry whilst helping with the day-to-day functions of the branch. I have worked in hospitality and retail for 5 years, developing strong customer service skills. I have a passion for enticing customers and meeting new people. I am regularly faced with concerns and have no problem tending to customer needs. In addition to working in these sectors, I have experience in several other administrative roles which have given me excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. I believe I have thorough attention to detail and work effectively alongside my team.
