our specialization are shopping environment studies- we ensure all range of research services (consumers’ studies, retail audit monitorings, market analysis)- we use modern methodological and realization solutions (camera observation systems Hyper Eye, palmtops with scanners of bar codes, CAPI, CAWI)- thanks to modern realization practices we go beyond respondents’ declarations and catch elements, which are lost for standard methods- each research question analyzed holistical, combining techniques and research methods to acquire complete picture- we use modern data base solutions and create original analytical applications (reporting on-line systems); we support our clients with knowledge and skills from 1996- a team of 40 specialists of marketing, managing, psychology, economics and sociology; 600 – 650 field co-workers (pollsters/auditors) and 16 regional coordinators- we cooperate with 10 consultants specializing in researches and methodology – additional substantive backup- we take part and coorganize our branch events;
