ABS Business Services PLT didaftarkan pada 29 Oktober 2014, di ibu pejabat SSM di KL Sentral. Tujuan awal penubuhan adalah untuk menguruskan hal-ehwal syarikat semua anak syarikat di bawah ABS Ainon Holdings Sdn Bhd. Menjelang tahun 2015 ABS Business Services telah mengembangkan pasaran perniagaannya dengan menawarkan servis kepada pelanggan luar yang memerlukan khidmat Setiausaha Syarikat dan juga Pegawai Pematuhan. Dalam masa yang sama, khidmat konsultansi syarikat, pendaftaran MOF, percukaian dan zakat, undang-undang dan lain-lain juga turut diperkenalkan."
