Absmart specializes in tracking oil, water, drill solids, and barite, beyond just whole mud, from wellbore circulation, cleanup and disposal. Operational savings (e.g, rig times savings of 1.5-3 hrs every Section TD and less drilling waste) and efficiency gains (increased ROP and lower ILT/NPT) is achieved with unique Compositional Material Mass Balance (CMB) methodology, implemented embedded real time and post processed software algorithms, additional real time measurements as needed, and persistent SME review and analyses as appropriate. We measure flow rate, density, oil/water ratio, low/high gravity solids in real time from multiple sample points throughout the rig.
