The Absolute Palate® is a start-up venture, chartered as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in the State of Hawaii The company, owned by its Founders, Drs. Bruce E. and Cynthia A. Maryanoff, was established with two coffee farms in the iconic Kona Coffee Belt on the Big Island of Hawaii. The company pursues high-quality, single-estate 100% Kona coffee production. We grow coffee fruit (cherry) and have a state-of-the-art coffee processing/roasting facility. Our coffee brands represent individual taste characteristics from specific terroirs, and are sold online at our website Absolutely! Kona Coffee® A key objective is to develop a flavor-retentive Kona decaf brand through dedicated R&D. Also, the company seeks to develop an organically grown, single-estate 100% Kona brand that is decaffeinated, as a unique entry into the Kona coffee marketplace.
