Absolute is a Dynamic Reformer Pilates studio offering Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes & Private Training. Our classes are a brilliant fusion of the best aspects of Pilates, strength and conditioning and circuit training disciplines. We combine the key Pilates principles of precise movement, control and core muscle activation, amongst others, with functional strength promoting exercises. This ensures that not only do you get leaner, stronger and more balanced, but you also apply your newfound strength and flexibility to movements that you need to perform every day. Once you begin your training with us you’ll move and look better. But we don’t stop there… We want you to feel better as well, which is why we blend our Pilates and strength exercises into a circuit style sequence that improves your cardiovascular fitness and promotes the release of endorphins (feel good hormones). These amazing classes take place in our wonderfully light filled loft studio space, to the sound of an upbeat and inspiring playlist and under the guidance of an expert instructor, who is fantastically upbeat and genuinely interested in helping you get the best out of yourself.
