Enhance and Enlarge the client servicing and production team • Assume leadership of the office and supervise all administrative functions (Visas, Insurance, Office Rental…) • Supervise and lead all business development activities • Outline all pricing margins and determine profit margins accordingly • Recruit and Evaluate new employees for UAE • Handle and implement all new policies and business procedures • Actively participate in all new business pitches and proposals • Lead the creative and sourcing team when required • Supervise all business development activities across the UAE • Liaison with business partners and service ensuring continuity of business support • Segment portfolio among different account executives and handle all blue chip clients (Rotana, IQPC,HSBC…)
