Capisnon term for friend) is a youth-led initiative that gives opportunity to young Capisnons – students, out-of-school youths and young professionals to experience tourism and cultural work in an enabling environment that is conducive for cultural education, developing leadership and fostering responsible citizenry while working hand in hand with the Capiz Provincial Government through the Capiz Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office.
