AC SOAP MACHINES is an Italian Company specialised in New & Reconditioned Soap making Machines and saponification plants. We supply refurbished soap machines adding advanced technology devices; in this way we permit important capital saving. We are a leading Company to refurbish existing machines of Customers property. An our strength is to supply die-set for soap stampers, change parts (size groups) and the most common spare parts for different models of soap packaging machines. We supply only reconditioned soap machines made in Europe, specially in Italy. We also supply refurbished saponification plants, vacuum dryers and cooling systems (chill rolls) to produce semi-boiled soap starting from oils/fats or fatty acids and their sub-products. With our plants it is possible to produce many different kind of soap, with variable TFM, moisture and fillers (talc, kaolin, sodium silicate, other). High quality soap noodles or cheap laundry soap bar are produced with our plants in a lot of countries. Complete toilet and laundry soap finishing line as well as single soap machinery like weigh scale, soap amalgamators, dosing units for colours and perfumes, roll mills, simplex and duplex soap plodders, soap cutters and soap presses.
