Academy is a community for leaders who have operated at the top and continue to shape what’s next. We bring current and former C-suite executives together in small, peer-to-peer groups across all disciplines to exchange insights, pressure-test ideas, and strengthen decision-making. Our purpose is simple: to challenge what we know, sharpen how we lead, and grow through each other’s experience. The name draws from Plato’s original Academy in ancient Athens, a place where thinkers met to share ideas for the greater good. Today, we continue that spirit: wisdom grows in the company of capable people.
