In Africa, we have poor management systems in schools that results in poor resource management, low student grades, school drop-outs, worst learner behavior, lack of accountability and little to no stakeholders participation. The biggest challenge for parents to be involved in their child’s learning and school meetings is time and other commitments. We help schools overcome these issues with good management of resources and student performance using an online integrated platform that involves all the stakeholders especially parents and deliver amazing learning analytics, promote engagement, accountability and transparency. We help improve management of resources and aid in curriculum dissemination while building a bridge between the school and its stakeholders. Parents can make their contributions to the school without necessarily visiting the school using online collaboration tools. Parents can utilize our personalised and transparent ticketing system for solving any problem. We have developed an integrated online enrollment and admission for all the schools. Parents can view the student End Of Term results online with ranking system per class and stream. The school head can monitor key resources using the dashboard from debtors, revenue, expenses, attendance, test and exercise performance.
