It means we are trained and capable of following processes, principles and definitions developed by The Office of Government Commerce in UK (OGC) and Project Management Institute (PMI). These are described in OGC's 'Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2' and PMI's 'Project Management Body Of Knowledge' guide.
