Accelerated Achievement’s recommended approach to training and development is: Training sessions – most are one day (8 hours). Typically, the last hour is spent applying what has been covered to the client’s situation and formulating an action plan for the team to use going forward. Consulting – is usually initiated by first conducting a training session as indicated above. After formulating action items, these items are addressed by forming a business improvement process team that would be lead or facilitated AA consultant. Training and consulting modules – included were determined based on input from various stakeholders including customers, suppliers, auditors, and other interested parties. These were areas identified as needing the most support. Addressing these gaps in your business is an excellent investment with high potential returns.
