Accelerated Soccer Training

AST60 is a high intensity/high paced soccer training program ran by licensed coaches that have been working with youth for over a decade. The program is designed for game situations at a high speed/intensity while working on technical and cerebral aspects of the game. One of the most important things to include in a youth players game: being pushed at the same pace in game situations as they would play in a game. Knowing what the players next decisions are before they receive the ball is the key for a good player becoming a great player. Their movement off the ball, their vision and instincts are what pushes youth players from average to special. The full speed aspect of the game comes from our motto; Practice Like You Play. The higher the intensity while training will instill the same concept when it comes to games and the tools you work on with them will become a habit and second nature to our youth players. Join us on our journey in training the youth of Chicago to become more aware, more intelligent soccer players, as well as becoming great human beings in the process, as they grow up in their communities.
