Making it up to the podium several times has solidified our methods in increasing the speed and agility skills of a team helps to improve the team's overall performance. FREE TRIAL SPEED CLINIC - We're excited to offer free trial speed clinics for Schools and Clubs. This is a great opportunity for your team to try out what our programs feel like and see how it benefits your teams' performance by adding something as small as a 30/60 minute speed session into your weekly training sessions. Contacting one of our centres to talk about having an Acceleration Coach come to do a trial speed clinic or a strength program for your team and execute it with them, would be one of the best things you could do to boost their results.
