We remain a specialist Project Management firm with a focus on developing unique and tailored solutions to our client group. We do not believe in a one size suits all approach as our vast experience has taught us that each project is different and the approach to delivery must remain nimble, such that the process is consistent with the key objectives of the client. In addition, at Acceler we have a unique whole of project approach to our delivery strategy. This approach is founded not only our diverse network of consultants and contractors but as important are our established relationships within local government and services authorities to ensure each project receives the highest priority across all development phases during and after it’s delivery. Each member in our Project Management team has national and international project delivery experience across all sectors of the industry. This experience has been gained in roles as design consultants, project managers, engineers, building contractors, as well as clients. With each member having both client and consultant backgrounds we have a unique understanding of the individual client drivers and we are able to tailor our services to meet the specific demands of the client. At the core of any project delivered by Acceler is a senior single point of contact for all matters, despite projects being delivered in some cases by a team of project managers.
