Access Alliance is a women led consulting firm spearheading efforts to influence the flow of investment capital for the benefit of women in emerging markets. With a mission deeply rooted in gender inclusion, we specialize in helping impact investors take a more gender intentional approach in their operations, with practical tools and the latest good practices. While much of our work is supporting fund managers apply a gender smart approach to their investment cycle, we also have a solid track record working with financial institutions, e.g. banks and fintechs, wanting to better serve their women customers through customer centric approaches to product design and roll out.
