The Health Status Indicator (HSI) is a web tool that captures a complete clinical picture of a patient. Most electronic health records focus on making this information easy to access, easy to archive, but what about easy to analyze? Our tool provides a complete behavioral health report that changes over time in combination with a visualization tool to make emerging patterns like failures in certain levels of care or a caustic home environment easily accessible to clinicians and the people authorizing care. The goal is simple; get clinicians and insurance companies on the same page with the same view of a patient.
