The security of your documents is our top priority, and we aim to ensure that you can be confident in our security – our facilities include round the clock CCTV surveillance as well as fire protection and intruder alarm systems. Our records centres follow stringent security procedures and guidelines that encompass manpower, transportation, facility management and operating policies, including: 24/7 CCTV surveillance Redcare fire & intruder alarm systems linked to our central in-house monitoring station Manned monitoring station – 24 hours a day 365 days a year Failsafe alarm systems linked by both phone and radio 2 metre perimeter fencing at most centres All staff are uniformed and carry photo card identification Unauthorised persons are denied access Access Records Management is a privately owned company so we are independent from the constraints of shareholders and able to provide the best possible flexible ‘tailored’ solutions. On a daily basis, this independence also ensures we can react quickly to our customers’ demands, and allows us to invest wisely in order to deliver the best possible service. With combined experience of over 40 years in the industry, all our staff are CRB checked and carry identification at all times. They are fully trained to work within all areas of our facility.
