Access Technical Staffing founded in 1998, provides expertise in the search, recruitment and placement of Information Technology professionals, primarily for direct hire. We deal with both technical specialists and managers in the Information Technology field, including programmers, analysts, software engineers, web developers and designers, database and system administrators, and network specialists, as well as all levels of IT management. I personally coordinate all searches. I have over 25 years experience in IT recruiting and recruiting management, and am myself from the computer field, having been with IBM as a systems software engineer, quality assurance programmer, systems engineer, marketing representative and product marketing specialist on the corporate staff. A national recruiting firm has recognized me as one of their top performers and managers, including “Branch Manager of the Year”.
