Access Title & Closing Group, LLC is multi-service Title & Closing Company with servicing and locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi. Partners David M. Sigler and Paul M. Kemp formed Access Title & Closing Group after splitting off from a large, national based real estate closing and default firm. Joining Access Title & Closing Group, is Dawn Collier. All three have extensive experience working for a large nationa based firm. This gives Access Title the ability and experience of larger firms but also allows Access Title to provide the great customer service and hands on approach of a small, boutique real estate firm. Access Title's large network of REO and default gives Access Title the ability to cover every part of all four of its coverage states and uses that network to help provide coverage for its retail clientele. Access Title runs the majority of its title searches in-house and every title is reviewed by either one or both of the partners. Access Title, is an agent of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
