Accessible Care

Accessible Care is a allied health provider who strives to deliver great supports for their participants. We encourage the participants choice and control of their own lives; we achieve this through a person centered and strengths-based approach. We take into consideration the participants way of life and environment and tailor the supports we deliver to meet their goals. The NDIS can be difficult to navigate but we work closely with our participants to help them organise and schedule their supports and services. With a strong focus on great communication and understanding we endeavor to deliver a reliable service to our participants.
