Accession Network

Accession is a new network borne out of passion to help make a difference in the development industry by bringing together women and other leaders in the built environment with younger professionals at the early or mid-stages of their careers. The name "Accession" means many things, including to rise or climb, to enter a position of influence, to increase in number, or to add to a collection. Our focus is on diversity, equality, support, community, and learning. Our motto is “We rise by lifting others”. By providing a forum for discussion and the opportunity to meet and learn from others, we hope to create a space that promotes collaboration and supporting others, identification of challenges, and the potential for change. Accession is open to anyone who wants to help others and make a difference in the industry. We believe that by lifting others, we all rise together. Join Accession to be a part of this initiative.
