Founded in 2012 by Emmanuel Setyawan, Accolade Coaching helps businesses design, test, and strengthen their innovation capabilities through evidence-based coaching and facilitation. From Melbourne, we work with teams around the world to make innovation practical, human, and sustainable. Our approach combines the Strategyzer methodology, product-management thinking, and an AI-enabled infrastructure that supports how teams collaborate, learn, and adapt. AI plays a quiet but integral role in how we deliver our services, from client support to facilitation and learning design. It helps us simplify preparation, capture insights, and remove friction so teams can focus on what matters most: clarity, collaboration, and meaningful progress.
