We are a team of community and entrepreneurial ecosystem development experts who Accompany (guide) Companies, Communities and Countries through projects and transitions. AccompanyCo is a Colorado-based economic development firm focused on rural startup ecosystems and infrastructure projects supporting those ecosystems such as business incubators, accelerators, coworking and makerspaces. AccompanyCo works with companies, communities, and countries to deliver customized solutions and action plans to build thriving regions. Their work emphasizes collaboration amongst stakeholders, private sector driven solutions and a focus on economic and market trends. Founded by Thea Chase in 2020, AccompanyCo’s team has a combined 35 years of experience in startup incubation, investment, and ecosystem development. Because of the AccompanyCo team’s experience as practitioners, their proposals are based on solutions and firsthand knowledge of best practices, rather than theory. While based in Colorado, their expertise has awarded them the opportunity to work in the West Indies, Asia and the Middle East, aiding developing economies catalyzing their economic growth through entrepreneurship.
