As a registered NDIS provider since 2020, our person-centred approach is aimed to help you build independence, confidence, and to live a fulfilling life. We are also registered with the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) to provide community nursing and other everyday supports to you. Our registered nurses provide support to our staff to ensure that you receive the dignity and specialised care you deserve. We also offer community nursing services for NDIS participants, including tailored clinical assessments and support you in your specific health needs. Our experienced team works with your allied health team to implement support techniques that ensure your care is safe and professional. We offer a variety of accommodation options, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), Short-Term Respite (STR), and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA). Our fully furnished, accessible homes are tailored to your needs, with private and shared living arrangements that create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment. With a strong presence across South-East Queensland (Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, and Toowoomba) and in Victoria (Melbourne and Geelong), we’re here to make a real difference for you.
