ACCUDraws was created to help Banks and Bankers manage the construction draw process in an organized and well documented manner. With increasing pressure from state and federal examiners for banks to have the assessment and advance process managed by an independent third party, we are here to provide you with comprehensive service that documents the work completed and funds disbursed. ACCUDraws works for the Bank. Our mission is to protect the Bank from the various pitfalls that can happen during a construction project. We work diligently during both the initial reviews and the construction processes to identify things that could cause delays to the project, cost increases, permitting issues, and changes to the scope of the project. During the construction process we are assessing the money already spent as well as the money remaining to complete the project with each draw. Because we are not just focusing on the value of the house at any one point during the project there can be more confidence that there will be enough money remaining to to complete the project. We regularly involve the banker in the draw inspection process. We understand that the relationship between the Borrower and Bank is very important, and we strive to add value to both with every interaction. In most cases the borrower and bank want the same thing – The successful completion of the project – On time and On budget!
