The platform adopts various measures, such as independently developed cold and hot wallets, multi-signature, and hardware security devices, to ensure safe and sound operations. Our wholly owned subsidiary is granted a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence in Hong Kong and thus is qualified to conduct user asset custody. In June 2024, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission deemed us to be licensed for operating a virtual asset trading platform, a status publicly disclosed on its website. Licence application is part of our constant efforts to advance compliance. In the future, we will explore the optimal development pathway for the Web 3.0 industry as we pursue long-term value and continuously strengthen innovation, so as to boost the prosperity of the ecosystem. Our group company Yunzhanghu Technology (China) Co, Ltd, one of the Top 100 Private Enterprises in China, has injected over 141 million U.S. dollars of outbound direct investment for our business expansion in Web 3.0.
