Karen is one of only a handful of people in the country to hold all three manager designations and the RS designation, which makes Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC uniquely poised to understand the challenges that face community associations and to help your association plan for future expenses. Our Budget Stabilization Plan offers flat fee pricing to keep your annual budget stable year to year, as well as saves your community 5% off the published single year engagement rates. We also offer single year engagements for communities seeking a single report, and consulting for communities that need a little extra help. Budget disclosures are prepared free of charge for Washington State clients, and we are happy to attend up to 2 telephonic or video meetings per year to discuss the results of your report and any questions the community may have. Located in Central Washington, Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC is within easy travel distance to all of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, including the Seattle/Bellevue Metro areas, Tacoma, Vancouver, Portland, Tri Cities, Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and Boise.
