Achal Welfare Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit committed to building sustainable change through grassroots action in education, health, gender equity, and environmental awareness. At our core, we believe that real impact comes from working with communities, not just for them. Our programs are designed to empower children, women, and young people through creative, inclusive, and community-driven initiatives. Our key focus areas include: Shiksha – Providing learning support and educational access to underserved children through camps, community classes, and digital inclusion. Rubaroo – A gender sensitization and menstrual health initiative that fosters dialogue, dignity, and awareness among adolescents and communities. Jeev Prakriti – Focused on environment, sustainability, and animal welfare through tree plantations, awareness drives, and local ecological actions. Chitrakala – A creative expression project that uses art and wall painting to brighten public spaces, especially in schools, while conveying social messages. From organizing rural outreach camps to curating large-scale volunteer engagements and corporate collaborations, we strive to bridge the gap between compassion and action.
