Achara Consulting Inc. helps state and county leaders transform crisis-driven, behavioral health systems into effective, recovery-oriented systems of care. These systems move beyond promoting biopsychosocial stabilization. Instead, they provide full range of clinical and non-clinical services and supports that each individual needs to initiate their wellness and recovery journey, sustain their recovery, and build full meaningful lives for themselves in their communities. We equip leaders with the knowledge, tools, and assistance they need to plan for and implement sustainable system-wide change in the way behavioral health services and supports are conceptualized and delivered. In addition to working with system administrators, we also provide consultation, training and technical assistance to behavioral health agency leaders, clinicians, peer support staff, and community partners.
