Achieve Now empowers parents and schools to support dyslexic students to achieve their full potential through the effective use of technology. We help people discover how IT radically transforms learning, enabling children to overcome poor academic achievement and the low levels of esteem and confidence that come with it. Many who struggle at school are extremely bright but are underachieving due to a simple lack of knowledge. With the pressure of targets and frequent testing, parents and teachers lack the time needed to discover the game-changing solutions now available to transform learning. Through our extensive research and personal experience, we have a comprehensive grasp of the range of technologies that are available. Our services span inspirational training and workshops, fun tutor groups, and affordable personalized consultancy. However, for children, technology is viewed a distraction or a hurdle that needs to be overcome in order to learn. Technology provides a safe, non-threatening, multisensory learning experience that can improve achievement. It enables independent learning, and prevents children being wrongly labelled STUPID. Instead they can be streamed according to their ability NOT their literacy. Technology is not being used today not because it hasn’t yet been developed or because it is too expensive, but because most of us are unaware of its existence.
