A high score in the UKCAT exam will help applications to competitive medical schools stand out and will increase their chances of success. It is an exam that aims to assess candidates' performance on critical thinking and problem solving under high pressure. These include the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, University College London (UCL), University of Leeds, Brighton and Sussex Medical School, Lancaster University and Keele University. It tests the ability to apply scientific and mathematical knowledge, as well as problem solving, critical thinking and written communication skills that are essential to university-level study. This course aims to prepare you for the examination by teaching you how to tackle the exam questions and correctly prepare for it.
