Aci Infomobility

ACI Infomobility is a company wholly owned by the Automobile Club d'Italia, a non-economic public body of national importance, with respect to which it carries out activities related to the field of infomobility and related services. In particular, ACI Infomobility collects and processes traffic information and public and private transport, and disseminates them on the web with the portal through the main Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube)and through the radio and television broadcasters, with the creation of downloadable applications on tablets and smartphones, such as the Luceverde application, downloadable on the main mobile operating systems. MISSION: ours is a public service, aimed at providing useful information for mobility in the territory, integrating all modes of transport and paying particular attention to the mobility of daily commuters and seasonal problems related to tourism. Through a proprietary platform and specialized staff - and drawing on the many existing information sources in the area - we are able to produce and broadcast free omnichannel content accessible to all. OBJECTIVE: to provide citizens with support for decisions regarding everyday travel and to make mobility more sustainable. SERVICES: Web Radio, Luceverde, Place 4 me, Connected car and Contact Center. Contact Center evolved: telephone service that provides information on the situation of local and national roads at 800.183434. Operational every day from 7.00 to 21.00. In this period, moreover, the service also provides information on mobility, related to health emergency by COVID-19 (airport situation, documentation required by law and more). President: Mr. A.
