We specialize in residential and commercial remodeling projects where the owners care about doing things right. We listen to what you really want and build it right the first time We can do kitchen and bathroom remodels largely in-house, including tile, electrical and plumbing. This makes the schedule go a lot faster and smoother. We love doing decks because they are fun, and likewise love doing additions because it's so much nicer to start right and build off a square, level foundation and framing. We have also done quite a few seismic retrofits. We have installed hundreds of doors and windows and have yet to get a callback, because we use only professional waterproofing materials that you wont find at Home Depot, or even many better lumber yards. And the one thing we look forward to the most in any project is doing the finish carpentry. It's much easier to do when you are installing trim over your own correct framing.
