As a Senior Non-Commission Officer in the Marine Corps I learned Leadership and strong work ethics. My strong work ethic has transitioned over to my business ethics. I learned to follow direction and lead others to follow direction. This is an important skill that many take for granted but at the same time many lack. I have learned to never expect anything out of my employees that I would not expect from myself.
