Heidi’s work history began a couple of decades ago as she scratched an itch to move across the country and served with City Year - Seattle, a branch of AmeriCorps. From there, she found her way into the Outdoors for All Foundation, a small non-profit dedicated to providing access to the outdoors for kids and adults with disabilities. She subsequently parlayed her volunteer recruitment efforts into employment recruiting at McKinstry as the Recruiting Coordinator. Under the guidance of her mentor, she quickly elevated into a Talent Acquisition Partner where she managed all open requisitions for a handful of business units. When the pull of her family drew her back East, she landed at Liberty Property Trust and spent nearly 9 years managing the talent acquisition and HR business partner functions for the $8B firm. Upon Liberty’s sale, Heidi became the VP, Talent Acquisition at Brixmor Property Group, another publicly traded REIT, where she hired nearly 250 people in just over two years. Seeking a change in responsibility she’s currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at Santoro Law Group and is proud to launch Acquaint Recruiting Services where her aim is to acquaint exceptional talent with esteemed employers. Heidi holds a Cum Laude degree in Public Policy from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Outside of work, Heidi and her husband live in Malvern, PA with their two children. Her hobbies include cheering with exuberance on the sidelines of the kids’ sports fields, working out or sipping Sauvignon Blanc under the twinkle lights of her patio.
