The Professional Learning Community ACREW recognises that Crew and Captains are the face and voice of the superyacht industry. Our mission is to enable all Crew to be the best professionals possible and ultimately enhance the guest experience onboard. ACREW introduces Crew and Captains to leaders of the superyacht industry through workshops delivered crew hubs such as Yacht Shows, marinas and shipyards. With over Crew Members, including more than 2,500 Captains, ACREW is endorsed by the PYA and works closely with MYBA. Together we aim to raise the standard of professional development in superyachting.
