Acroyoga is, for us, a great way to (re)discover ourselves and explore the infinite potential of our human body. Physical practice is what we see, but the psycho-emotional aspect is the hidden part of the practice. In acroyoga, our body is seen and used as a tool, practicing acroyoga is fun and offers unlimited opportunities to discover more about yourself. Indeed, these unusual shapes take us out of our comfort zone and our reflex reactions can take control of over our mind. For us, acroyoga allows you to develop: • Individually: connect to your breath, your strengths, your limits and your true “self” • As a partner: learn to listen, express your needs and build your confidence in yourself and in others • Physically: Strength, flexibility (mobility, flexibility), balance • Emotionally: more tools to understand your emotions, communicate, support and help others • Mentally: gain confidence and ground yourself It is important for us to establish an environement in which everyone feels safe and confident with others.
